After what seemed to be a never-ending Winter season in Calgary, we are excited to bring some lighter flavours and Spring produce to our second menu at Nights & Weekends, which we have dubbed an “Ode to Spring.” Expect to find some local regional vegetables, such as asparagus and frisée, and an overall lighter palate as we welcome the warmer weather.

Springtime often feels short-lived in our climate, so we plan to make the most of it! Items on this second menu may change frequently to reflect the availability of ingredients, as new produce comes into season. As always, a highlight on our menu will be a handmade pasta, this time with a focus on Pappardelle - a wide and long handcut noodle that stands up perfectly to rustic flavours.

There are two great ways to explore the Spring menu - à la carte, or the set tasting menu including 6 courses. Either way, we promise you will be delighted by the flavours that come together on every plate!
