For our first menu we have focused on asian fare and Japanese ingredients brought together with North American techniques. There are many winning items on the current menu, people are obsessed with the Wagyu Beef Tartare, Maitake Mushrooms, and our rotating Bao feature, but we plan to stay true to our pop-up form by taking on a new cuisine every three months - so get it while you can.
